In most cases, everything is available, so we can proceed with booking swiftly. You’ll receive an invoice from us, and then the preparation for your trip can begin!

You can do this via email or WhatsApp. We are happy to share our expertise and brainstorm with you about the possibilities for a personalized travel experience. Creating the trip
For a custom trip, we’ll start working on your requests. First, we’ll create a brief itinerary with prices. If you’re satisfied, we’ll send you a complete travel description and a quote for your adventure. Once you agree, the booking is finalized, and we make everything official. You’ll receive an invoice, and then you can start preparing for your trip!
Preparation
We’ll help ensure you’re well-prepared for your impactful adventure. You’ll receive detailed tips from us, including information about the culture, local currency, health, safety, and relevant customs. We’ll also provide our sustainable travel tips.
You’ll need to arrange your own insurance, visas, and vaccinations. You can also start your own preparations—reading travel blogs, books, or novels about Ethiopia, or watching the best videos and documentaries on the country.
On the road
Right before your departure, you’ll receive the final relevant information from us, along with the names and contact numbers of our Ethiopia Team.
Then, you’re off! During the trip, our local colleagues will be your first point of contact. In any case, you can always reach out to us as well. Together with the local community, you’ll create an unforgettable adventure!

Once you’ve returned safely, we’ll send you a welcome home email. We’d love to hear how your trip went, either via our survey or personally through email, WhatsApp, or a conversation.
